SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How we ship
Every Ohana rug is either ready to dispatch from our Panipat studio or made to order specifically for you. We ship pan-India free of charge via trusted courier partners. International shipping is available on request.
Delivery timelines
Ready to ship — Collection pieces shown on ohanashop.in are available in limited quantities. If you order a piece as shown — same size, colour and material — it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–10 days across India.
Custom Rug Lab — If you customise a collection piece through our Custom Rug Lab (different size or colour), your rug will be made to order. Allow 4–6 weeks from design finalisation to delivery.
Bespoke orders — For fully custom designs where you choose everything — pattern, material, colour, size and shape — timelines are agreed individually. Contact us to discuss your brief.
We will notify you by WhatsApp or email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link included.

Shipping charges
India — Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value. No hidden charges.
International — International shipping is charged based on destination, size and weight. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm shipping costs and timelines. We ship worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Packaging
Every rug is rolled — never folded — and wrapped securely to protect it during transit. We take packaging seriously because we know what's inside.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to follow your delivery in real time.
Delays
If there is ever a delay beyond the timeline we've given you, we will contact you proactively. You will never be left wondering about your order.
